Getac at Utilities Week Live 2026

It's always rewarding to see a project move from initial concepts to a finished exhibition stand, especially when collaborating with experienced partners.

I was pleased to once again work alongside Getac Technology Ltd to create the large-format graphics for their Utilities Week Live 2026 exhibition stand.

The brief centred on showcasing Getac's rugged mobile computing solutions in a way that reflected the demanding environments in which their technology is used every day. Rather than relying on generic stock photography, the project called for a suite of bespoke, photorealistic visuals featuring utility sector professionals using Getac devices in authentic working situations.

Creating custom imagery is becoming increasingly important in exhibition design. Visitors can quickly recognise overused stock photography, whereas tailored visuals allow a brand to present its products within genuine, industry-specific scenarios. For this project, every image was designed to reinforce Getac's position within the utilities sector, illustrating real-world applications while maintaining a consistent visual identity across the stand.

The final artwork was produced across multiple large-format panels, display plinths and feature areas, combining striking photography, bold messaging and strong branding to maximise impact on the exhibition floor.

The result was a stand that effectively communicated Getac's expertise while providing a visually engaging space for visitors throughout the event. A big thank you to the team at Icon Exhibitions for another successful collaboration.
